life groups

At East Hills, we offer a variety of ministries for different people: classes for kids, women's retreats, youth groups, and more.

But the ministry that's closest to our hearts is the life group, a weekly meeting facilitated by a specially trained host in a casual setting that encourages individual participation.

We currently offer three options for those wanting to connect in a small group. The first is what we call a classic life group: These groups meet in homes, usually weekly, and discuss the sermon from the previous week using prepared notes. Sometimes these groups meet for a meal or coffee.

A second type of group meets at the church, in the Fellowship Hall around tables. We call this Monday Night Live; this season we are engaging in a book study called Sacred Marriage. Childcare is provided, and all you pay is the cost of the book! Register by calling the church office at 423-0521. Stay tuned for what is coming up next!

We also have small groups for men and women that meet around specific issues such as addiction, including sexual addiction. These groups meet at various time during the week. For more info on these contact Pastor Nick.

We have found that in these small informal gatherings we are able to connect in ways that help us grow in our faith and practice. We believe a life group can become the highlight of your week. Groups run by season with specific beginning and ending dates.
