Ministry Trip Application

Please apply by January 1, 2019

Our Worship Ministry has been invited to lead worship for a week-long teen camp at Eastern Montana Bible Camp. We will have the awesome opportunity to minister to kids and show them the light of Christ as we lead worship at chapel each evening and interact with them throughout each day.

Our goal would be to put together small team of 5 - 6 people. The positions needing to be filled are: drums, bass, keys, guitar, an audio tech and a couple of vocals.

The cost for the trip will be adjusted depending on several factors, but it should not be more than $300 per person. This cost is to cover a hotel stay and food during the travel to the camp and back. Once we are at the camp all our food and lodging will be covered. Each person going on this trip would be responsible to cover or raise support for this travel cost.

The entire trip would last from May 31 - June 10th:

  • May 31st  - June 1st - Travel to the camp (spend the night in Missoula MT, the half way point)

  • June 2nd - setup and camp orientation

  • June 3 - 8 - Teen Camp (camp ends at noon on Saturday)

  • June 9-10 travel back Kelso/Longview

There is also the possibility of serving as a camp counselor in addition to being in the worship band. (I highly recommend this!) Camp counselors will be paid approx. $125 for the week, which can offset your personal cost of the trip.

If you are interested in being part of this exciting opportunity please apply below by January 1st 2019 . We’ll use this application process to prayerfully put together the right team for this opportunity!

Are you interested in serving as a camp counselor in addition to the worship band if needed?
Camp counselors stay with the students in their cabins and participate in camp activities throughout the week. They are sometimes responsible to staff camp stations such as snack shop, pool, jungle swing etc.
(i.e. work schedule, childcare issues, health restraints, physical limitations etc.)
Are you willing to let the camp run a background check on you?
